Online booking
When you book, the shop stores your name, mobile number, email, chosen service, barber and time, plus a record of changes made to the appointment. Shop staff see this to run your visit; each barber sees only clients assigned to them. Staff may add internal notes.
Appointment messages
We may email you about your appointment (confirmation, changes, cancellation). Texts are sent only if you tick the SMS box; we record when and how you agreed. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We don’t use these details for marketing. Messages are delivered through service providers (Twilio for SMS, Resend for email) once the shop activates them; those providers keep delivery records under their own policies.
To limit abuse, the booking form keeps a one-way hashed counter of your network address.
Booking demonstration
The separate booking demonstration page collects no contact details and saves nothing.
AI haircut preview — before you press Generate
Photos you choose are checked and re-saved inside your browser (this removes photo metadata such as location data). Nothing is uploaded until you tick the consent box and press Generate.
When you press Generate
Your selfie and the haircut reference are sent to this website’s server, which forwards them once to the Lovable AI Gateway. The gateway sends them to OpenAI’s gpt-image-2.5-sunburst image model, which returns one generated image to your browser.
- This website does not save your photos or the result to its database or file storage.
- The gateway’s model catalog lists this model’s image-editing endpoint as “zero data retention” at the model provider. Lovable, as the hosting and AI gateway platform, may keep technical request records under its own policies; we cannot promise deletion of anything held by those platforms. We found no setting that turns off this platform request logging for this project; if Lovable offers one (for example under the project’s AI settings), the owner can switch it off there.
- No face recognition, face measurements or biometric templates are created by this website.
- To limit misuse, the server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address with a request counter. It is not linked to your photos.
Your controls
“Clear photos” removes the images from the page; closing or refreshing the page also discards them. You can download your result to your own device.
